|

Track 2 - Loom Chao Praya (ลุ่มเจ้าพระยา - Chao Praya River) By: Nard Thawombut ............................................. Lyric: Kaew It-Chariyakul Mother says ...the river flow knows not of return. Time passes and returns not you must learn. Best each moment never churns. Your happy heart is what I yearn. |
Before embarking on the journey, he looks back at his Chao Praya river home as she reminds him ‘Like the river’s flow that will never return – make every moment count. Be happy now, never later’; |
Track 3 - Kor Pen Khon Nueng (ขอเป็นคนหนึ่ง - May I be the one) By: Somchai Klitsana-Saynee ............................................... Lyric: See-Fah Anytime you’re sad and lonely! My shoulder is here to carry your cry. Many a moon passes, my fondness for you grows fondly.

During the start of the journey, his naivety blinds him into thinking that what he wants and whom he loves will be rightfully his; |

Track 4 - Rak Khun Khao Laew (รักคุณเข้าแล้ว - I love you so) By: Sa-Marn Karnjana-Plin ........................... Lyric: Soontriya Na Wiangkarn Oh, how I love you so. Our bliss lightens the light,

Track 7 - Nok Kamin (นกขมิ้น - Kamin Bird) From: Thai Folk Music ......................................... Lyric: Phayong Mukdapan Now, on my own!
Darkness returns and I’m on my own.
Where should I sleep, where should I roam?

Night falls! The final stage signifies the sense of loneliness he faces and fears. Tired and abandoned, he bows down under the blackness of grief and contemplates self-despair; |
Track 8 -Nam Soh Sai (น้ำเซาะทราย - River’s flow cuts through sandbank) By: Jamrus Sawet-Ta-Bhorn .. ................................Lyric: Charlie Intara-Wijit River-flow cuts through the bank of sand, Where I stood as a man. Dream no more. I'm closing the door.
|
Finally, he reflects on the journey and realises that the only joy in his life is the love of his childhood home along the Chao Praya river. |
While the Sun continues to rise. And birds continue to sing. Dear river's wafting away from the corner of my eyes. An unforgettable farewell, an unforgettable ring! Curtain falls |
With his last strength, he recalls the echo of his former youth, ‘Klai Roong’ - the resonance brings back the memory of his blissful days along Chao Praya river; so fair and so alluring. Silence approaches! |
